Air Purifier (Electrostatic) for exhaust gas from Heat Setting Machine from textile printing & dying industry;

The waste air from the textile "Heat Setting Machine" contains aldehyde, ketong, hydrocarbon, fatty acid, ester, lactone, heterocyclic compound, all these chemicals are harmful to the health of the plate workers and infectant to the environment. The BG2000 air purification system cleans the waste air, helps keep the air fresh in the workshop and eventually, protect the workers.

The dual-stage style equipment consists of   ionization unit & collection unit. A Series of tungsten filament and opposite earthing plates form the ionization unit. The motes are charged +/- by the ionization unit. A Series of parallel plates form the collection part. The plates are charged +/-by hi-Voltage DC (same polarity, half voltage as the ionization unit), which forms the electric field. Charged motes are attracted by earthing plates, simultaneously repelled by charged plates, then the motes are easily removed.
